FAQ

What fees are involved?

There are no fees involved in wedding receptions: NO SITE FEE and NO CAKE CUTTING FEE. There is a fee for outdoor ceremonies, however we supply all white garden chairs.

Can we do a hotel room block?

Room blocks are available. Please contact our room blocks manager by clicking the button below:

Do you offer Transportation?

Our shuttles can be rented to provide transportation exclusively for your party. Please email Shuttles@WyndhamNewportRI.com for inquiries.

Is there a “day of” coordinator?

Yes, our sales managers work with you throughout the entire planning process. They also are present on the day of the event to orchestrate the evening.

Can we extend past the set hour time frame?

Our lower floor has a 6-hour window with no extension. The upper ballroom has a 5-hour window and a 1-hour extension is available for a small fee.

Is there a space for indoor ceremonies?

Indoor ceremonies are held on the dance floor of the main ballroom. Guests are then escorted into the pre-function while the ballroom is set. There is no fee for indoor ceremonies.

Can we bring outside desserts?

Although we do not allow any food that must be prepared here to be brought in, we do allow pastries to be brought in. There may be a setup fee involved.

What brands of liquor are on the open bar?

Our bars are “Call brand” such as Tanqueray, Tito’s, Jameson, Absolut, etc. Top shelf brands can be supplied at an additional fee.

Do you supply late night food?

Yes, we supply Neapolitan style pizza for your guests.

When can vendors have access to the ballrooms?

All vendors can set up 2 hours prior to the event.
